Beefy Bite-size Nibblers

Ingrediente

1 lb ground beef

1/4 c finely chopped celery

1/4 c finely chopped onion

1 can (10 3/4 oz) can of mushroom soup

1 Tbsp prepared barbecue sauce

2 pkg crescent rolls

1/4 c sour cream

1 Tbsp prepared mustard

1 tsp prepared horseradish

Instrucțiuni

To make filling, brown beef. Cook celery and onion until tender. Pour off fat.

Stir in 1/4 c soup and barbecue sauce.

Meanwhile, to make roll-ups: on lightly floured board roll each pkg of rolls into 12 inch squares.

Cut each square into 16 pieces (3x3).

Place about 1 Tbsp filling on each square. Roll up and seal ends

Bake at 450⁰ for 8 mins or until brown.

Meanwhile in saucepan, combine remaining soup, sour cream, mustard and horseradish. Heat a few mins to blend flavors

Serve as a dip with roll hips
