2 medium zucchinis, grated
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1 large egg
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
