Healthy Garlic Cheesy Chicken Wrap Burrito

40oz Chicken Breast (1135g)
1 ½ Cups Cottage Cheese (335g)
5 Tbsps Light Mayo (75g)
4 Tbsps Lemon Juice (60g)
2 Tbsps Minced Garlic (20g)
2 ½ Tbsps Garlic Salt (37g)
2 ½ Tbsps Onion Powder (20g)
2 Tbsps Smoked Paprika (15g)
1 Tbsp Black Pepper (7g)
Fresh Parsley (20g)
2 Cups Fat Free Mozzarella (225g)
10 Low Calorie Tortillas (10-inch Carb Counter)
Additional Notes:
To reheat the rolls from frozen, follow these steps. Wrap in a wet paper towel, microwave for around 3-4 minutes, and if you like it crispy, toast it on a pan for a few minutes on each side.

Take out the diced chicken season it until the color changes then cook it in a pan until the pieces are nice and golden brown.
Build the filling the cooked chicken, mozzarella, the sauce that we made, fresh Parsley and mix it until nice and creamy
Get some low calorie tortillas put filling in them make 10 rolls and add them to a baking sheet spray them with some oil set oven to 400 degrees and Bake for 20 minutes
Wrap them with aluminum foil and throw them in the freezer
