Ranch Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
½ cup buttermilk (adjust for thickness)
1 tsp garlic powder (you can go up to 1½ tsp if you like it strong)
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp dried chives
½ tsp dried dill (just enough for a whisper of that ranch "note")
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp lemon juice or 1 tsp white vinegar (optional, for extra tang)
Instrucțiuni
1. Whisk together mayo, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.
2. Stir in all herbs, spices, and acid (lemon/ vinegar).
3. Taste and adjust: more buttermilk = thinner; more sour cream = tangier; more garlic/onion = punchier.
4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving (flavors deepen noticeably).
