Brownies Out of Cake Mix

Ingrediente

1 stick butter, softened

1 egg

1 box chocolate or vanilla cake mix

3 oz cream cheese, softened

1 egg yolk

3 cups powdered sugar

Instrucțiuni

1. Mix butter, egg, and cake mix until well blended.

2. Spread half of the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan.

3. Beat cream cheese, egg yolk, and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread on top.

4. Cover with remaining cake mix.

5. Bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes. Do not overbake.
