Ingredients:
• 35 Maria cookies (1 1/2 cups crushed)
• 13oz Condensed Milk
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup plain yogurt (full fat)
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup dutch process cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ cup butter (melted)
Creme Anglaise
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 5 egg yolks
• 1/3 cup sugar
Instrucțiuni
Preparation:
• Preheat your oven to 350°F and blend all ingredients
• Add a sheet of parchment paper (or coat with butter) to your 7inch, springform cake pan and pour in the mix!
• Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out with very light crumbs
• Prepare your creme anglaise by bringing cream, milk, vanilla and sugar to a light simmer. Then switch to low heat, add egg yolks and mix until thickened.
• Strain the creme anglaise onto a bowl in an ice bath to cool it and prevent overcooking. Pout into an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve with your cake!
• Let cool, serve and enjoy!
