200g good mayonnaise (Duke's, Kewpie, or ours

60g sweet relish (or just chopped bread and butter pickles w/ brine)

60g whole grain mustard

30g green peppercorns, chopped

20g paprika

20g garlic (grated or pressed)

10g sherry vinegar pinch msg

Instrucțiuni

Combine everything in a blender, or use an immersion blender in a jar

Everything should be finely chopped except the mustard. We recommend just blending it. A hand blender in a jar is perfect for this recipe
