Chinese Steamed Egg

2 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp chicken powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sugar
Green onion
Instrucțiuni
Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl with water
Strain egg and take all bubbles out
Cover in plastic wrap and poke holes on top
Let steam on stove for 15 min
Combine all ingredients for sauce and add on top after egg is done steaming
