⅓ cup peanut butter, whatever is leftover in the jar

2 tosp soy sauce

1½ tbsp rice vinegar

1 lime, juiced

2 tosp maple syrup

1 tosp ginger, grated

2 tbsp sriracha

2 tbsp warm water, or more to taste

Instructions Combine all ingredients in a jar until a sauce is formed. Enjoy over salads or as a dipping sauce.
