Mom's Coffee Cake

Ingrediente

1/2 cup butter OR 1/4 cup margarine & 1/4 cup Crisco

1 cup sugar

1 can evaporated milk

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

Topping:

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup brown sugar

Instrucțiuni

For Topping:

Add all topping ingredients and crumble with fingers until well mixed.

For Cake:

Cream together butter or margarine/Crisco mix and sugar.

Add evaporated milk, eggs, vanilla, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.

Use a greased & floured bundt pan. Pour half of batter in pan & then 1/2 the topping mix.

Add the rest of the batter over topping, then the rest of the topping.

Bake in 350°F oven for about 25-30 minutes.
