Apple Baked Oats

In each bowl:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 apple, chopped
Chopped pecans (optional)
Protein icing:
15 g vanilla protein powder
11/2 to 2 tbsp almond milk
Instrucțiuni
Combine everything in a greased oven-safe ramekin. Top with pecans if using and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly before adding the icing.
Mix until smooth and drizzle over the baked oats.
