Fool Proof Pretzels

Roll into log shapes
Fold into pretzel shapes
Pinch and sealed and secured together
In hot water add 1/4 cup baking soda/honey
Dip pretzels into hot water 30 seconds submerge then place
On a Cookie sheet lined with parchment
Brush with egg wash or
Brush with melted butter
Sprinkle salt on top or other seasonings
