Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Ingrediente

1lb large strawberries

8oz cream cheese (softened)*

3-4 tbsp powdered sugar

1-2 tsp vanilla extract

graham crackers (crumbled)

*can use 1/3 less fat

Instrucțiuni

Rinse strawberries and cut around the top to remove.

Use a paring knife to clean out any that aren't hollow already.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla together until creamy.

Put filling mix in a piping bag or ziploc with the corner snipped.

Fill the strawberries with the filling mix.

Once they are filled, dip the top in the craham cracker crumbles. Refrigerate until it is time to eat them.
