Matzo Brittle

Ingrediente

5 Sheets Matzoh

1 Cup Unsalted Butter

1 Cup Brown Sugar

semisweet chocolate chips

Pre heat oven 375

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, and then foil

Place matzo sheets to fill sheet

Combine butter and brown sugar in heavy bottom sauce pan, cooking over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil, continue cooking 3 more minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour over matzo.

Place in oven and immediately reduce heat to 350, bake 15 min checking to make sure it's not burning (if it is, remove from oven and reduce heat, then replace)

Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips, let stand 5 min hen spread chocolate over matzo. While still warm break into odd sized pieces. Refrigerate until set.
