Toba's Pizza Cake

Ingrediente

1 packae yellow cake mix

1/4 cup water

2 eggs

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 Cup chopped nus

1 cup non-dairy topping (or 10 oz. canned vanilla pudding)

fresh strawberries

1 can well drained pineappple rings or spears

Grapes (fresh or canned)

bananans (slice and dip in lemon juice)

For glaze:

- 1 cup apricot preserves

- 4 tbsp water or brandy

Instrucțiuni

1. Combine 1/2 cake mix, water, eggs, butter and brown sugar. Mix well.

2. Blend in rest of cake mix, then fold in nuts.

3. Line 1-2 12'' pizza pans w/ wax paper. Pour half batter in each pan or for more cake like put all in 1 pan.

4. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and remove from pans.

5. Put topping on cake and arrange fruit in circles like pizza.

For glaze:

1. heat preserves with liquid until melted. Remove from heat and cool. Brush on fruit and refrigerate until ready to serve.
