Mary Lynn's Cheesecake

Ingrediente

3/4 C. sugar

5 eggs

16 oz. Cream cheese

1 pint sour cream

2 Tbsp sugar

Instrucțiuni

Blend sugar, eggs, and cream cheese.

Put into an 8x8 inch pan or use a round cake pan.

Bake in microwave on medium heat for 5 minutes. Turn. Bake another 5 minutes. OR Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Mix 1 pint of sour cream with 2 Tbsp. sugar and spread on the top.

Microwave on medium for 2 minutes more OR Bake 5 minutes longer in the oven.
