Pina Coladas

Ingrediente

1 can Coco Lopez cream of coconut

12 oz pineapple juice (do not buy unsweetened pineapple juice)

Ice

Bananas (optional)

Instrucțiuni

Blend cream of coconut and pineapple juice well. If adding banana, add one or two now and blend well again. This makes two batches, so pour half the mix into a cup to reserve. Add ice to the half remaining in the blender and blend well (you just need to experiment with how much ice you like; the creamier the more you blend). Repeat the process with the second batch.
