Pizza Dough - Pizza Pie Cafe

Ingrediente

6 cups sugar

5 cups powdered milk

1 cup salt

2 gallons hot water

50 lbs high gluten flour

3/4 gallon warm water with whisked yeast

2 1/2 cups liquid eggs (15 eggs)

1/2 ounce oil

Instrucțiuni

1. Add sugar, powdered milk, and salt to bowl.

2. Add hot water to bowl.

3. Add high gluten flour to bowl.

4. Add warm water with whisked yeast.

5. Add liquid eggs.

6. Drizzle oil around sides of bowl.

Mix for 8 minutes on speed 1.

Total mix time is 8 minutes on speed 1.
