Taco Soup GUM

Ingrediente

1 lb ground beef

1 pkg ranch dressing

3 cans stewed tomatoes – Mexican (15 oz cans)

1 pkg taco seasoning mix

1 can tomato juice/V8 – 16 oz

I medium onion chopped

1 can corn undrained

1 tall can kidney beans undrained

1 can sm green chopped chilies

Instrucțiuni

Brown meat and onions. Drain and put in a soup pot. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 – 1 ½ hours uncovered. Serve with nachos, sour cream and cheese.
