Sesame Crusted Baked Feta

Ingredients

1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour

1 Large Egg

1/4 cup Sesame Seeds

1 block Feta Cheese

to taste Honey

to taste Fresh Thyme

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Arrange 3 separate shallow bowls - the 1st with All-Purpose Flour (1/4 cup), the 2nd with the Large Egg (1) and the 3rd with Sesame Seeds (1/4 cup).

Pat Feta Cheese (1 block) dry with a paper towel. Coat feta in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the sesame. Set on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Bake feta until sesame is toasted and golden, about 20 minutes.

Serve warm, drizzled with Honey (to taste) and Fresh Thyme (to taste).
