1. Pour 1 Cup Uncooked Rice and 2 Cups Chicken Broth into a

2. Season rice with 1 tsp dill, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder and salt and pepper.
3. Toss chicken thighs in olive oil, salt and pepper, and fresh parsley, then place in a single layer over rice.
4. Top each chicken thigh with a scoop of Tzatziki sauce and spread out.
5. Sprinkle sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, and feta over chicken.
6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley and salt and pepper.
7. Cover with foil and place in oven at 375 for 35 minutes.
8. Remove foil and bake for an addition 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is full cooked.
9. Serve with additional tzatziki sauce and feta
