Low Cal Raising Cane’s Sauce (Makes 11 Servings:
170g Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt
113g 2% Cottage Cheese
40g Sugar Free Ketchup
10g Light Mayo
10g Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Sea Salt
⅛ tsp Smoked Paprika
Chicken Tenders Ingredients:
24oz Chicken Tenderloins
Blackened Seasoning
Avocado Cooking Spray
Directions
Add all your Cane Sauce ingredients into your blender and blend till smooth. Add to fridge.
Now pat dry your chicken tenders and season with a blackened seasoning.
Once coated, add chicken tenders to air fryer and spray with avocado oil.
Air fry on 400 degrees F for 9 minutes.
Then take out, let rest for 10 minutes to make sure they hold their juiciness. Then pair with your Cane sauce and enjoy!
