Banana Cake Bars with Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 & 1/4 cup all-purpose flour {I used @bobsredmill gluten-free 1:1 baking flour}

1 tsp. baking powder

f r o s t i n g-

2 tbsp. peanut butter

8oz. cream cheese

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F & grease or line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas, then whisk in the eggs, milk, and maple syrup.

Whisk in the rest of the ingredients, pour into the baking dish, and bake for 25 minutes! Let cool before adding frosting {to make the frosting just blend all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.} Enjoy!
