Ingredients you'll need:
120g Tuna (drained) or chicken
100g Carrot (diced) or celery
60g Cucumber (diced)
130g Apple (diced)
The Sauce:
120g Cottage Cheese
40g Greek Yoghurt
5g Dijon Mustard
2g Garlic (minced or powder)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Dill (optional)
Directions
1. Add drained tuna, small diced veggies, peeled diced apple in a bowl.
2. In a separate deeper bowl add cottage cheese
Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Blend using an immersion blender.
Mix together with the tuna mixture.
