4 pieces of uncooked bacon chopped

8 oz mushrooms sliced

1 lb chicken breasts sliced in half

1/2 tsp each of salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder

2 TBSP butter

Honey Mustard

Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

Directions

Chop bacon into small pieces and cook in a skillet over medium heat. Once bacon is cooked remove it from the pan and set it aside.

Slice mushrooms and pour them into the hot skillet. I left some of the bacon grease in the skillet.

Once mushrooms have cooked down remove them from the skillet.

Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make them thinner. Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Add 2 TBSP of butter to the skillet over medium high heat. Once the butter has melted add the chicken and cook on both sides for about 3 minutes (just enough to give a good sear).

Remove the skillet from the heat and top the chicken with some honey mustard, the cooked mushrooms, shredded Colby Jack cheese, and the cooked bacon.

The chicken will finish cooking in the oven at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Once the chicken has reached an internal temp of 165 degrees it’s ready to serve!
