Ingredients

Sugar free Instant Vanilla Pudding mix – small

Lg can pineapple in its own juice (tidbits or chunks)

Lg can peaches in own juice

Lg can pears in own juice

Sm can of mandarin oranges

Fresh Apples (optional)

Bananas – cut in bite size pieces

Orange Juice

Lemon Juice

Directions

Drain all of the fruit, but reserve the liquid. Cut fruit in bite size pieces and place in large bowl.

(I usually wait and cut the bananas last directly into the salad after it is dressed. I have even served the bananas on the side letting everyone get their own. They tend to get soft if left in the mix too long).

Combine pudding mix with the orange juice and some of the other fruit juices until you get the consistency you want.

You cannot mess this recipe up and it Is totally open to interpretation. Use the fruits listed or make up your own mix.
