Savory Ground Beef Orzo with Tomatoes and Herbs

1 lb ground beef
1 cup orzo pasta
2 cups beef broth
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 small onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped)
Directions
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
Stir in orzo and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes until orzo is tender.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Sprinkle cheese on top (if using) and let it melt.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
