Smash Burger Tacos 🌮🍔
Ingredients
• 4 high protein/low carb soft tortillas of choice
• 12 oz raw ground beef
• 1/4 cup white cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup caramelized onion
• 1/4 cup chopped tomato
• 1/4 cup chopped avocado
• 1 cup shredded lettuce
Smash Burger Sauce
• 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
• 1 1/2 tbsp mustard
• Dash of S+P
Instructions
1. Divide beef into four 3 oz portions. Press each portion evenly onto one tortilla.
2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
3. Cook tortillas beef side down for 1-2 minutes until beef is fully cooked.
4. Flip, sprinkle 1 tbsp cheese on each, and cook 1–2 minutes until tortillas are lightly crisp.
5. Remove from pan, top with veggies, drizzle sauce, and enjoy!
