Ingredients

1 big Brussels sprout stalk

3 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp neutral oil

2 garlic cloves, grated

S&P to taste

Directions

Preheat oven 400F

Wash and dry stalk really well

Place on parchment lined sheet pan

Heat maple, balsamic and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes

Pour over Brussels sprouts. Be sure to rotate it

Massage well, then season every crevice with S&P

Roast in oven for 30-40 minutes, flipping a few times to cook evenly

Serve whole and have ppl slice off sprouts to eat as desired
