Layered Ravioli Casserole

You’ll need:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 white onion chopped
minced garlic
cheese ravioli (it’ll take about 2 packs)
marinara sauce
spinach
mozzarella cheese
Seasonings: Garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400F.
In a pan over medium heat, add some oil. Once warm, add your onion and garlic. Sauté together until fragrant. Add beef in. Break up and season generously. Cook beef until mostly cooked through. (It’s okay if there’s some pink spots, they will cook through in the oven).
In a casserole dish, add about 1/4 cup of marinara sauce to the bottom of the dish and spread it out. Layer your first layer of ravioli. Add some spinach on top. Add some mozzarella. Add some beef. Add more marinara sauce. Continue layering until you run out of room in your dish!
For the last layer, generously add mozzarella cheese on top! Cover with aluminum foil.
Place in oven for 15 minutes, then take off aluminum foil and cook for another 15 minutes until cheese is nice and melted.
