Fruity Pebble Ice Cream Bars 💪🍦
These might honestly be better than the ice cream bars you grew up eating as a kid
Macros 🔥 (per bar)
Calories — 96
Protein — 6g
Carbs — 13g
Fat — 0.5g
Ingredients (Makes 4-5) 🥣
1 scoop Vanilla whey isolate
1/2 Tub or ~110g fat free Cool Whip
28g Fruity Pebbles cereal
3g monk fruit sweetener
Cold water as needed
Directions
Add your protein powder and sweetener into a bowl and mix together. Slowly add cold water while stirring until you get an icing-like consistency.
Fold in the frozen fat free Cool Whip gently. Try not to overmix so it stays light and fluffy.
Crush up the Fruity Pebbles and fold them into the mixture evenly.
Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish or ice cream bar molds
Freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours until fully set.
If you don’t have molds like I did, you can pour into a lined loaf pan, and then once set cut into 5 bars and add your popsicle sticks
Enjoy.
Optional: Roll the outside in extra crushed Fruity Pebbles but this will add calories!
