Fondant Potatoes

9 Yellow potatoes

1/4 cup Olive oil

1 dash Salt

1 dash Black pepper

1/2 cup Butter (salted)

2 sprigs Rosemary (fresh)

2 sprigs Thyme (fresh)

1 Garlic bulb

1 cup Chicken stock/broth

Directions

Prepare potatoes and soak in ice water for 15min

Pat dry and sear both sides for 3-4min on med heat in oven safe pan

Add salt/butter and baste for 2min

Add chicken stock/broth, garlic, salt/pepper, rosemary and thyme.

Bake at 400F for 15-20min or until fork tender.

Let cool and serve
