One Pan Red Curry Dumplings in 20 Mins

Ingredients

red curry

2 1/2 tbsp red curry paste

1 tsp minced ginger

1 tsp minced garlic

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil

400mL coconut milk

2 bunches bok choy, chopped

15 frozen dumplings

2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped

1 tbsp chilli oil

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

Preheat oven to 200C. In a large baking dish, place all red curry ingredients. Whisk until combined. Add bok choy in an even layer and then top with the dumplings. Bake for 15 mins or until cooked. Top with coriander, chilli oil and sesame seeds.
