Holiday Dinner Series: Ep. 13 Magic Bars

Ingredients

2 cups of crushed graham crackers

2/3 cup of salted butter (melted)

1 can of sweetened condensed milk

1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips

1 cup of shredded sweetened coconut

1 cup of chopped pecans

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Finely crush graham crackers in a food processor or by hand.

Combine the crushed graham crackers with butter.

Press cracker mixture into greased and lined 9x13 baking dish.

Pour can of condensed milk.

Sprinkle half of chocolate chips and coconut flakes.

Top with pecans, followed by the remaining coconut and chocolate chips.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Let completely cool, and place in the fridge for a few hours to set.

Cut into bars.

Enjoy 😊

Storage: Bars can keep on the counter for 3-4 days, fridge for a week, and freezer for 2-3 months.
