Cranberry Pear Chutney
6 C. fresh cranberries
2 C. sugar
½ C. crystalized ginger, minced
2 red onions, small dice
2 tsp. mustard seeds
½ tsp. salt
4 medium pears
½ C. apple cider vinegar
1. Saute onion and mustard seeds until translucent
2. Add cranberries, sugar, ginger, vinegar and salt
3. Cook at medium heat until thickened
4. Add cubed pears and cook 1-2 minutes more
