Peanut Butter Beef Noodles

500 g beef stir fry strips
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
400 g stir fry veg mix
½ cup peanut butter
1 tbsp sesame oil
¼ cup light soy sauce
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp honey
1 cup water
1 tbsp cornflour
400 g noodles of choice
Directions
Sprinkle beef strips with bicarbonate of soda and Chinese 5 spice, massage well and let sit for 15 minutes.
In a bowl whisk together soy sauce, peanut butter, rice wine vinegar, honey, water and cornflour.
Heat your wok or pan until smoking hot, add sesame oil then toss in the beef. Sear quickly.
Add vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute.
Pop in your noodles, pour over the sauce and toss everything together until the sauce is glossy, thickened and noodles are piping hot.
Serve straight from the pan and devour!
