Crispy Ranch Parmesan Chicken Tenders

1½ lbs chicken tenders (or chicken breasts sliced into strips)
½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
1 packet (1 oz) dry Ranch seasoning mix
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup panko breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise and dry Ranch seasoning.
In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken tender into the Ranch mayo mixture, coating thoroughly.
Press each tender into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even, crispy coating.
Arrange coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
