Ingredients

2 lbs cod fillet

1 small leek, thinly sliced

1 tbsp. butter

3 tomatoes, small

1 tsp. salt

1 ¾ cups jarlsberg, grated (or just use swiss cheese)

½ tsp white pepper

2/3 cup half and half

1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

Clean and dry the fish. Cut into serving size portions and place in a greased shallow baking dish. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Arrange sliced leek and tomato slices over fish. Top with cheese and pour half and half over all. Bake in a 350 degree oven until done (approx. 30 min).
