3/4 cup Greek yoghurt

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

100g chocolate (dark or white, optional for coating)

1 tsp coconut oil (optional, to melt chocolate)

Directions

Prep strawberries

  1. Wash and dry strawberries

  2. Slice into small pieces (roughly 1cm chunks)

Mix the yoghurt base

  1. In a bowl, combine:

  • 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

2. Stir in the chopped strawberries until evenly coated

Form the clusters

  1. Line a baking tray or plate with baking paper

  2. Drop spoonfuls (about 1 1/2 tbsp each) of the strawberry yoghurt mix onto the tray like little mounds

  3. Freeze for 1-2 hours, or until firm

Optional chocolate coating

  1. Melt chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil (microwave 30 second bursts, stirring between)

  2. Dip frozen clusters halfway or full into the melted chocolate

  3. Place back on baking paper and freeze again until set (about 30 mins)

Notes

Storage:

  • Keep clusters in an airtight container, or ziplock bag in freezer

  • Best eaten within 2-3 weeks

Optional variations:

  • Swap strawberries for blueberries, mango, or banana slices

  • Add protein powder (1 scoop) to the yoghurt for a high-protein snack

  • Sprinkle crushed nuts, coconut, or granola on top before freezing

Meal prep tip:

Make a double batch - they’re perfect for grab-and-go snacks, sweet craving, or a quick breakfast bite
