Cowboy Casserole One Pan Dinner

Ingredients

Main Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 onion, diced

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp dried parsley

1 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp minced garlic

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

10 oz canned corn, drained

10 oz canned cream of mushroom soup

¼ cup sour cream

1 ½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese

30 oz frozen crispy crowns or tater tots

Directions

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with the diced onion until browned. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, parsley, and onion powder.

Once fully cooked, drain off any extra grease from the pan.

Mix in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, drained corn, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 cup of shredded Colby Jack cheese. Stir until well blended.

Pour the mixture into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with a little extra cheese, then arrange the frozen crispy crowns or tater tots evenly over the top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and crispy. | Stir of Comfort
