Crispy Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

• 1 Pkg Brussel Sprouts (about 3 cups)

• 1 Shallot

• Garlic Powder (1/2 tsp)

• Onion Powder (1/2 tsp)

• Salt and Pepper (1/2 tsp)

• 1 TB Olive Oil (or Grapeseed Oil)

• 1 Head of Garlic (Whole Cloves peeled)

• 2 TBL Butter

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450.

2. Cut Sprouts in half and place cut side down in pie tray or cookie sheet.

3. Dice shallots and add to pan.

4. Peel Garlic and add minced cloves.

5. Sprinkle and toss with Olive oil to coat.

6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.

7. Transfer to cast iron (or another pan) on stovetop.

8. Add 2 TBL butter and cook until crispy.

Notes

AIR FRYER METHOD

Do same as above, but place brussels sprouts in Air Fryer and cook at 390 degrees for about 15 minutes, tossing after 7 minutes. Check at about 12 minutes to ensure they don't get too crispy.

When tossing at 7 minutes, place 4 small pats of butter on top of the brussels sprouts and continue cooking.

Toss with LEMON VINAIGRETTE or ROASTED GARLIC AIOLI
