One-Pot Turkey and Cheddar Ranch Pasta

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

1 small onion (diced)

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup milk

8 oz pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground turkey and onion, cooking until meat is browned and onion is softened. Drain excess fat.

Stir in chicken broth, milk, ranch seasoning, and pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
