Sesame Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

4 tbs sesame oil

4 tbs olive oil

4 tbs soy sauce

3 tbs rice vinegar

1 lime, juiced & Zested

4 tbs maple syrup

4 large garlic cloves

2 inch fresh ginger

2 tbs tahini

Directions

Put it all the ingredients in a blender and blast on high until emulsified. The dressing should be light, airy and creamy.

Keep stored in an air tight container in your fridge.
