1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup buffalo sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp pickled jalapeños with juice
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan (cheap stuff)
Wing Sauce:
24 oz hot sauce (franks or Texas Pete)
1 stick butter (melted)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp old bay (or Cajun)
Blend for 90 seconds until the sauce thickens and becomes a lighter shade of orange.
Directions
Add olive oil to a hot pan then add shrimp and spread out evenly. After about 30 seconds, add garlic and jalapeños with juice and stir cooking for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour in wing sauce and simmer for two more minutes until sauce reduces by 1/3. Turn off the heat add in 2 tablespoons of butter along with Parmesan cheese.. make sure to use the cheap stuff freshly graded will just melt and dissolve. Trust me.
Transfer shrimp to a dish, then pour over sauce and serve with crusty bread for dipping
