Shrimp Lo Mein

1 ½ lbs Jumbo Shrimp
1 lb Lo Mein noodles (or spaghetti if that’s all you have)
1 ½ cups shaved Brussel sprouts
1 diced onion
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup diced mushrooms
1 tbsp garlic and ginger
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsps dark soy sauce
2 tbsps hoisin
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp liquid smoke (optional)
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Pro tip: add a little water when you saute the shrimp… it’ll help them steam for even cooking/color and prevent over cooking
