RUBY TUESDAY'S ASIAN GLAZED SALMON

Ingredients

4 (4- to 6-ounce) salmon filets

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons ground ginger

2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place salmon filets in prepared pan and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a small sauce- pan and heat until it begins to bubble. Pour hot glaze over salmon filets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily and is cooked through.
