Ingredients

• ½ cup rolled oats

• 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

• ½ cup milk of choice

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

• Fresh berries for topping

Directions

Stir oats, yogurt, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup in a jar until fully combined.

Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir and top with fresh berries for a quick, protein- packed breakfast.
