These baked country style ribs are tender, juicy, and coated in a sticky, smoky BBQ glaze.

Slow-baked until they practically melt, then finished for that irresistible caramelized crust.

Easy comfort food that tastes like it came straight off the grill.

For the Ribs

3–3½ lbs country style pork ribs

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

For the Sauce

1½ cups BBQ sauce

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Pat ribs dry and season all sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.

Arrange ribs in the baking dish and cover tightly with foil.

Bake for 2½ to 3 hours until ribs are very tender.

In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, and honey.
