Crispy Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Air Fryer Calzones

Ingredients

1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded

1/2 cup Alfredo sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 store-bought pizza doughs

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 4 equal sections.

Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture into the center of each dough section. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape, and pinch the edges to seal the calzone.

Brush each calzone with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch.

Air fry the calzones for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Optional: Serve with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping.
