Honey Lemon Lavender Vinaigrette
½ cup lemon juice
½ shallot, finely diced
1 tsp. dried lavender
½ cup honey
7/8 cup oil
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
salt & pepper
1. Combine shallot and lemon juice. Allow to macerate for 1 minute.
2. Add lavender and honey.
3. Whisk olive and canola oil into the mixture.
4. Season with salt & pepper.
